We spent the 4th of July waching the Eagan Funfest Parade. The biggest hits were the bagpipes and all the big, loud firetrucks. It was quite warm, but we outsmarted the sun by wearing our 50 spf sunscreen and nobody got sunburned! Joe loved the fireworks at night. They shoot them off just blocks from our house, so we only had to walk across the street for the best view. Joe was giggling and talking the whole time while they were going off. We could also see other fireworks far away from the other cities. It was a very fun night.
