Amazone Fun

I took Joe to "Amazone" today. It's like a McDonald's Playland on super-steroids. It's the biggest indoor playland I've ever seen. And parents can even play too. Joe had a blast climbing and sliding. For $5, it was a great place to spend a rainy day.

River and Road

This river in Sand Run Metro Park flows right over the road, and you have to drive thru it. It's so cool. Joe likes it when we go fast and all the water hits the windows!

More Parks & Picnics

Today our adventures took us to a new park that had an elephant in the sandbox! And we had our picnic by the river in Cuyahoga Falls. We even had more fun by attending a garage sale before heading home. I'm so happy that I get to spend my days doing things like this with Joe!

Train-O-Rama!

"Wow! Look at that!"

*Making the carnival rides move*

*Having so much fun*

*It's a Spongebob train!*

We traveled 90 minutes to visit Train-O-Rama in Marblehead, Ohio. Joe was a little hesitant to go in at first, since it was kinda dark. But after he saw ALL the fun, fast trains, he was so excited! We had a lot of fun. And Joe even got to take a new train home with him.

The Marblehead Lighthouse

We made a trip to Marblehead, Ohio to see the lighthouse on Lake Erie. Though it was pretty foggy, it was still pretty cool. Joe liked walking by the water on the rocks.

Another beautiful 80 degree day! So Joe and I brought a picnic to Twinsburg to have lunch with Dave in the townsquare park. We ate sandwiches and played a bit of soccer when we were finished.

A Hike at The Nature Realm

*Posing by the BIG rock*

*Walking the trail*

I took Joe to the Nature Realm for a hike this morning. It was such a beautiful day. We had fun walking the trails, going over bridges, finding fish, and listening to the birds.

Along the trail...

*Sitting pretty in a gazebo*

*Looking at the fish*

*Stopped for a snack*

*One last photo with the blossoming trees*

"I can't walk anymore."

Happy 3rd Birthday Joe!

Joe turned 3 on April 12th. He had a geat Birthday party. We had lots of friends and family there to help us celebrate. He loved opening all his gifts, and he almost wouldn't even nap because he had so many new toys to play with.

The New Train

The Wine Tasting

We all went to The Winery at Wolf Creek for a spring picnic. It was even warm enough to eat outside. We had a great time eating, drinking, and feeding the local cats.

Blue Heron

*The nests in the tops of the trees*

*Grandma T, Joe, and Aunt Susie watching the birds*

We stopped at the Blue Heron Nesting Area to watch the huge Blue Heron in their nests. There were over 120 nests in the trees!

In the tree...again

Since it was 60 degrees today, we decided to do some cleaning up outside. Dave climbed the tree and finally took down the xmas lights. And Joe was the best little helper!

Touching the Hair

Joe got his haircut and he loves to feel how soft it is in the back. But he can't feel it without sucking his thumb at the same time!

April Fools Day

It was sprinkling a little bit when we took our walk, so we brought along the umbrella. Joe LOVES holding the umbrella even though it's a bit too big for him, and it did blow away from us once!
