Road Trip: Day 1

Out for a walk

We went to a little park here in Eagan to feed some fish and take a little stroll thru the trees. It was beautiful!

Dakota Co. Fair

Joe and I headed to the Dakota County Fair with our friend Becky. It was SO HOT! But we still had fun seeing all the old tractors and buildings. Joe really liked seeing the projects the 4-Hers made.

Pirate Camp

Joe went to Pirate Camp this week for fun-filled pirate adventures. He got to say "Ahoy Matey" a lot and came home everyday with a pirate craft. This pic is on his last day, he made a treasure map.

Schultze Beach

Joe and I headed over to Schultze Beach here in Eagan today for a bit a swimming. It's so hot out, we needed something to cool us off. It was our first trip there and it's a great little beach! Joe had lots of fun swimming and playing in the sand.

Last Day of T-Ball

Joe is all done with T-ball for the summer. He liked it most days. Some days he got bored in the outfield and liked to play in the dirt instead. We may have to find a different sport for next summer...

Grandma & Grandpa

Grandma & Grandpa S. had a layover at MSP Int'l, so we stopped by to see them and had a little breakfast. We hope to see them again soon!

More Tractors

We took Joe to an Antique Tractor Show in Hastings. We had a great time looking at all the old tractors and munching on corndogs. Joe loved it!

Waterpark

My friend Jayne drove up from Round Lake and spent the night. And we took the kids to Cascade Bay Waterpark in Eagan for the day. It was so nice and hot. The kids had a geat time swimming and playing in the sand. And Joe was super excited to play with Mallory & Bella!
